Thank you for registering for the Spring Bluebird Festival!

Admission to the Spring Festival itself and parking is free.  Attendance to the keynote address by Charles St. Charles is also free!   There is a $10 charge for lunch which consists of a mini salad, soup, half sandwich and a beverage.   If you wish to purchase lunch, you will need to register and pay in advanceSee options below.  If you are registering more than one person, change the number in Quantity to the appropriate number.  The price will automatically be adjusted.  To pay with a credit or debit card, select "Checkout Without A PayPal Account" when you are ready to pay for your selections.

Registration Deadlines:  Mail in registrations must be received no later than March 10, 2023.  The deadline to reserve a lunch will also be March 10, 2023 at 5:00 PM. 

Registration Options:   

We offer three convenient ways to register for the festival. 

Online (preferred): You can reserve a lunch and pay with a credit or debit card using our secure PayPal shopping cart. Registration and payment are required for anyone who wants to join us for lunch.  Registration is by phone or email to attend the Friday night dinner. If you do not plan to attend the Friday night dinner or have lunch, you DO NOT need to register. See Online Registration Options below to register online for lunch.

Phone:  Call Jan Graves at 517.673.6456 and leave a message with your name, number of people attending who will be having lunch, or attending the Friday night dinner. Provide your phone number and Jan will call back with your total due and where to send payment.  She can NOT accept credit card payments over the phone.

Mail:   Click Here to download and print our registration form. Please mail your completed form and payment to Michigan Bluebird Society, PO Box 2028, Ann Arbor MI 48106-2028.  If you cannot print the form, send an email.  Be sure to include the name(s) of the people you are registering and what you are registering them for (lunch or Friday night dinner).  Also include a phone number in case we need to contact you.

Why do you need to register and pay in advance?  MBS needs to order and pay for all lunches in advance. We also need to have the number of people attending the Friday night dinner so the restaurant reserves space for us.  Registering and paying in advance will also simplify and speed up checking in, when you arrive at the festival.  We will have a list of all registrants. You will just give us your name and we check it off.  No one will have to wait in line while we get your name, email address, etc. and take your payment.

Refund Policy:  We will refund your money if you decide to cancel, up until March 10th.  After that, any funds collected will be considered donations.
