Donate To The Michigan Bluebird Society....

The Michigan Bluebird Society is a non-profit organization that depends on the financial support of its members and private donors. MBS is in need of funds for many worthwhile projects to provide increased habitat for bluebirds AND educating the public about bluebirds.

Here are just some of the important uses your donation will be used for: Parent bluebird feeding fledgling

1. Lumber and materials for nest box donations to schools and nature centers

2. Website enhancements to improve the quality and quantity of bluebird information

3. Materials to do educational exhibits and presentations at schools, nature festivals, and nature-related group meetings around the State of Michigan

4. Production of free educational materials for the public

The Michigan Bluebird Society is recognized by the IRS as a non-profit 501 (c)(3) organization. As such, your donations are tax deductible as allowed by law. Upon receiving your donation, MBS will mail you a thank you letter verifying your contribution for your tax records.

MBS Does Bluebird Programs

If you would like someone to do an interesting program on bluebirds for your group,contact MBS to schedule a day and time. We can do talks to nature groups, civic organizations, schools, gardenclubs, etc. in most areas of the state. Go to our Contact Us page, and send a message to the Coordinator for your county. If there is not one for your county, contact Kurt Hagemeister, MBS President.
