2024 Spring Festival Menu Choices

Friday Night Dinner Choices at Paesano

On Friday evening you will have a choice of one of the three entrees described below. Price $35.00. Each entree includes a cup of homemade soup or fresh mixed greens salad and a beverage (Coke products, lemonade, iced tea, coffee or hot tea).

Chicken Piccata - Tender breasts of chicken lightly sautéed in a sauce of lemon, white wine, parsley, garlic and capers served with pasta. Can be ordered gluten free the night of the dinner.

Paesano’s Lasagna - Layers of pasta filled with seasoned meat, ricotta and mozzarella cheese and baked with Paesano's house tomato sauce.

Pasta Primavera - Fettuccine pasta tossed with roasted seasonal vegetables tossed with braised tomato and basil marinara. Gluten Free and prepared Vegan

Saturday Box Lunch Choices

Box lunch choices for Saturday are one of the sandwiches described below. Price $20.00 per lunch which includes seasonal fresh fruit, chips, cookie and beverage (bottled water or soda).

Grilled Chicken - Grilled Chicken Breast with tomato, lettuce and provolone cheese served with a side of pesto aioli

Roast Beef Club - Roast beef, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, lettuce & tomato served with a side of horseradish aioli

Southwest Turkey Wrap - Adobo turkey breast, corn and black bean salsa, pepperjack cheese, lettuce & tomato on a tomato wrap served with a chipotle aioli.

Italian Veggie (vegan) - Artichoke hearts, roasted red peppers, shaved carrots, green onions, spring mix, sun dried tomato, roasted garlic spread served with a side of vegan basil aioli.

If you would like someone to do an interesting program on bluebirds for your group,contact MBS to schedule a day and time. We can do talks to nature groups, civic organizations, schools, gardenclubs, etc. in most areas of the state. Go to our Contact Us page, and send a message to the Coordinator for your county.
